Absolutely glorious weather created a perfect atmosphere for an action packed day, which saw many hundreds of racing and horse enthusiasts gathering to enjoy the beautiful setting, magnificent horses and the company of like minded horse enthusiasts.  Many of the days activities had a 'fund raising flavour' with proceeds going to SIDS - Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.  Eliza Park donated stallion nominations and this very worthwhile charity would have benefitted through the known generosity of the Ausatralian racing community.

The owners and staff of Eliza Park must be congratulated for this very successful Open Day.  The grounds at Eliza Park looked 'picture book' perfect and the horses were a credit to the care and attention to detail of the knowledgable staff.

This report is intended to provide some great memories for those who were able to be part of the day,  and the opportunity to share the experience for those who were not able to be there.
