(Sudden Infant Death Syndrome)
There was a 'gold coin' entrance fee for this Eliza Park Open Day
which was run as a charity day to raise money for the SIDS Foundation. Sudden
Infant Death Syndrome is a cause which earns the respect of all family people, who can
relate to the grief of losing a child in this way. SIDS research is getting closer
to finding out why it happens, and how it can be avoided! Todays fundraising efforts
will go a long way to help this very worthy cause.
Eliza
Park donated stallion services and many other racing identities and friends donated items
which were auctioned. The auction itself was great fun and many took the matter of
securing the wining bid, very seriously!!!
