| Again this was a class that will only feature a few of the competitors. It is difficult to include all riders and even harder to know which ones will be the notable performances. | |||||||||||||

Tjandamurra and Rob Clay.
This lovely grey is by the Daktylus stallion Daly K. The horse is owned by very popular and hard working Victorian dressage identity, Marj England. Marj came up to the Nationals to cheer on her 'boys' ... and it worked! Rob and Tjandamurra did a lovely test with a score of 60..99% and 7th place. |

Tjandamurra and Rob Clay. The results of this test was 'good news and bad news' as if Rob had have secured a 6th placing, he was almost sure to win the Horse Magazine Keiffer Dressage Leaderboard - which carries the prize of a new Keiffer saddle. So near and yet so far !!! |

South Australian Heather Currie
and her striking chestnut stallion Dusseldorf. He is by the Swedish Warmblood
stallion Du (dec.) from a Thoroughbred mare called Midnight Star. Heather is a very dedicated competitor and always rides an accurate, well prepared dressage test.

Lynwood Genesis and Lauren
George made a striking picture. I was told that Lauren is a former Miss South
Australia - and I could believe this. She would have been very disappointed to have travelled to the Nationals from Queensland, only to find that her attractive horse did not want to 'play ball'. Lynwood Genesis seemed to be distracted by something, and did not give Lauren his attention at all. |

Victorian's ...
Heather Kirkman and Goodwill have made fantastic progress over the past year or so. Goodwill has got some Percheron in his blood, so is genuine 'Aussie' Warmblood!. He appears to be very trainable and always puts in a good effort. They finished in 12th. position, with a score of 59.28%. |

Young Queensland rider Amy
Zeller and her very nice Rocadero horse Roshelly. I did not see ll of her test but what I saw looked quite nice. For advanced the judges probably thought that it lacked collection and self carriage. |

with 58.65% and 15th placing. The horse is only 10, and Amy has much time to improve ... I will look forward to seeing them again in twelve months time - good luck Amy. |
