It was a very polished performance by Erte

Maree will take Erte to Sydney Royal and soon
after the horse will be retired to enjoy a well earned holiday, chasing cows and
eating grass.

What a Pony
....... The delightful Champion
Small Saddle Pony
Stanton Park Rave Review, owned by
R. Butler and Annie Coxon.
If my memory serves me correctly, this
charming pony is out of Annie's very successful imported mare Tannygoes Pirates (hope I
spent this right).
The pony was beautifully ridden by
Natalie Mirovich. |

A highlight of
the show for me was the win of
Morning Side Step Ahead. The pony is owned by Dianne Orchard, who has had
lots of sadness in her life with the loss of her lovely daughter Joanne and also her
husband.The pony's rider
Justine Jones said that she knew that Jo was watching and they did it her her. I
hope that this win begins a much happier year for the Orchard family. |
