The organisation of the Hidden Valley Equestrian
Championships deserves a special mention and of course congratulations. Nothing has
been overlooked, and every aspect of the show as received special attention. The
venue is perfect, the food by Susies Catering is always first class and the facilities for
horses and riders means that the event has become an important and prestigious qualifying
show for both dressage horses and show ring classes. The Tomkinson family have
worked tirelessly to support the Hidden Valley Equestrian Centre and without this great
effort it would be difficult to stage such an event. |

Sanlirra
Ambassador and Shelley Penny looked the part and worked very well. Shelley is an
experienced and successful competitor and her work on basics is evident in the kind and
confident way that all of her horses worked out. Shelley also presented her range of horse rugs
and show equipment in the trade area. Judging by how all of her horses looked, she
would have had lots of customers. |

Christie on Finest - so well presented and the horse worked very well for top ten
selection. |

| Shirvington
- very nicely ridden by Shelley McGuiness. This horse is one that seems to go up in
the placings one he has had a chance to show off his beautiful movements. He has an
expecially good trot with suspension and espression that would be prized in a top Dressage
horse. His excellent work earned him a top 10 place and a ride in the final.
